A young secondary 2 female student died from her injuries sustained after she fell from a height yesterday at Spectra Secondary School.
According to the police, they are investigating the case as unnatural death.
The girl was found lying unconscious on the grounds of the school at 1 Woodlands Drive 64 in the morning. The police received a call requesting for assistance at about 9.30AM.
She was conveyed via ambulance to Khoo Teck Puat hospital. She was subsequently transferred to KK Women's and Children's hospital where she succumbed.
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of our student. The school is providing support to the family as well as to the school community," said a Spectra secondary school representative.
