Singapore Drug Lord Arrested



Back in February 2015, Singapore drug lord, 46, unnamed believed to be the biggest drug lord and supplier of drugs in Singapore.

Authorities seized nine luxury cars, four motorcycles, drugs and cash worth more than S$380,000 in total when they arrested a Singaporean drug lord in Malaysia.

The cars included two BMWs, one Mini Cooper and an Audi. Three of the nine cars were Singapore-registered vehicles, Johor police revealed at a press conference on Sunday. Drugs seized include heroine, ketamine, methamphetamine or ice. The cash, in both ringgit and Singapore currency, amounted to over S$19,000.

He is currently remanded in Malaysia and will face the death penalty if convicted.
He allegedly ran a syndicate that could deliver an estimated 4.5kg of heroin and about 500g of methamphetamine or Ice, among other drugs, to Singapore every week. This is enough for more than 2,000 drug abusers.
The CNB said that the syndicate had been under investigation since December 2012. Investigations are ongoing.
